South Combe Waters are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, South Combe Waters have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to us at and we will process it as soon as possible. We will be adding automated tools on our website for you to do this, however until then all requests will be manually processed upon request.


We only email you when we need to contact you about your booking or to send a booking/payment confirmation. We do not share your email to third party marketing services.

Order/Transaction Data

When you make an order via. South Combe Waters, we will collect your full name, email address and home address. These are used to contact the customer and we keep records as we are required to keep records of our customers. If you enter any data into the payment form (credit card number, expiry date, CVV), this data is secured passed to Stripe who process the payment. Stripe is also GDPR compliant and you can view their privacy policy on their website. We do not see or store your credit card information under any circumstances.

Third Parties


As detailed above, your payment details will be passed on to Stripe to process your payment. Details are not retained by us. For further information please refer to Stripe's privacy policy.


Our server infrastructure uses DigitalOcean. Whilst our servers are secure, they may be accessed on occasion by DigitalOcean staff whilst performing server maintenance. Your personal data should not be accessed during this, however DigitalOcean may come across it during routine work.

South Combe Waters' Staff/Contractors

South Combe Waters' staff or employed contractors may access your personal data whilst performing development updates to the web services. This data should not be commonly accessed, however if and when it is, we hold an audit log of who accessed your data and why. You are entitled to a copy of the audit log we hold about your personal information and it’s access.

Legal Basis for processing data

General South Combe Waters collects and uses customers’ personal data because is it necessary for:

System reliability

South Combe Waters aims to keep the site available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week to maintain saved information. However due to technical issues, routine maintenance or acts of god, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. South Combe Waters shall not be liable for lost information or non availability of the services.
